Privacy Policy

Website and responsibility

This policy concerns Q2O at q2o.net, published by Daniel Vivone. Our Contact page describes enquiries and privacy requests.

Contact email: [email protected].

Information involved

Visiting the site requires browser requests that can involve an IP address, requested page, time, referrer, and browser or device information. Hosting, delivery, and security providers may process technical records to operate and protect the service. If you send an enquiry, it contains your sender details, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. Authorised WordPress accounts contain the information needed to administer the site.

Comments are closed on the current articles. No public account-registration or newsletter form is introduced by these pages. Do not send passwords, identification documents, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Providers and purposes

Q2O is hosted by Hostinger. Public pages also load a Hostinger Reach resource and a Cloudflare measurement beacon. These browser connections occur independently of an email subscription. Consult Hostinger’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy, and Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.

Relevant purposes include delivering content, maintaining security, administering authorised accounts, measuring page performance, and handling enquiries or rights requests. Legal grounds depend on the specific activity and applicable law. Optional uses that require consent must have an appropriate choice before they operate.

Cookies

Functional WordPress cookies and external resources are explained in our Cookie Policy. The absence of a cookie in a particular response does not mean that no technical information is processed.

If Google advertising is introduced

This paragraph describes possible future advertising, not a claim that it is currently active. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies for ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable it and its partners to personalise advertising. Users can manage personalised ads in Google My Ad Center or consult participating advertising providers’ choices. Actual partners and applicable consent controls must be disclosed when configured, before technologies requiring consent operate. See Google’s publisher privacy disclosures.

Sharing and external links

Hosting, security, and communication providers may process the information needed for their services. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a valid legal obligation. External links take you to sites whose operators control their own practices. Our article images are served from this site’s media library; following an image-credit link creates a separate visit to the source.

Retention and international processing

Retention depends on purpose, provider settings, and applicable legal requirements. Correspondence may be retained to handle requests and follow-up. Account records remain relevant to authorised administration; logs and backups can follow different provider retention arrangements. Deleting live records may not immediately remove backup copies. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to the arrangements applicable to their services. You may ask about retention and processing relevant to your interaction.

Your requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Conditions and exceptions can apply. Requests may require proportionate verification. Our Contact page explains what information helps identify a request. You may also approach the competent data protection authority; readers in Brazil can consult ANPD information for data subjects.

Security, children, and changes

Q2O provides general reading rather than a service directed at children. Avoid providing children’s personal information and raise any concern with the publisher. HTTPS protects information in transit, but no service can promise absolute security. Material changes should show the actual revision date and any notice required by applicable law.
